The challenge

Barón Club is a premium barbershop operating in Spain, and until recently its only acquisition channel was someone standing on the street handing out flyers. The schedule and the shop itself sat empty for much of the week, with no way of knowing how many people were searching for a barbershop like theirs on Google, let alone turning that search into a booked appointment.

The solution

Cernext built a new website, optimized the shop's Google profile, launched an ad campaign and worked local SEO, so Barón Club would show up exactly when someone nearby searched for a barbershop -- and so that search would end in a booking, not a discarded flyer.

The result

Barón Club authorized appearing as a case study but did not authorize publishing its exact booking numbers. Its own estimate, attributed to the ad campaign, is doubling to tripling its monthly bookings; the conservative end of that range is published here -- doubled its bookings -- labeled as an estimate, not as a precisely measured fact.

Barón Club operates in Spain: these are Spanish barbershops running on systems built by Cernext from Peru.
